In this piece, red isn’t just a color — it’s temperature, rhythm, presence. The stripes don’t hold; they press. The figure lets go, yes, but not gently — there’s something incandescent in her gesture, in her expression, in the way her skin takes in the light.
Rest Like Fire isn’t about peace. It’s about the moment when the body gives in, but the feeling stays lit.
