Offering in Blue. Oil on canvas. 30 x 30 cm. 2026
In this painting, blue takes over most of the image, turning the body into a place of rest and tension at once.
The flowers appeared as an unexpected offering within the series, introducing a quieter and more frontal image. I was interested in the contrast between the stillness of the body and the delicate presence of the bouquet, held as if protecting something intimate or difficult to name.
The painting continues the language of The Sleepers II: visible shadows, heightened colour, and a body suspended somewhere between rest and disconnection.
This piece will be sent directly from my studio, carefully packed by me.
The artwork is signed and comes with its certificate of authenticity.
