A nude figure, laid out, frontal.
The body appears without adornment, without story. It’s simply there — present, extended.
This is a small, direct painting. Made without corrections, with a reduced palette — three colors plus white — it recalls the kind of studies you paint when all you have is the body and the light.
There’s a trace of Lucian Freud here, of course. With all due respect, it was that same fascination — with unvarnished bodies, with raw posture — that drove me to paint it.
It’s not a showpiece. It’s personal, simple, and unapologetically present.
This piece will be sent directly from my studio, carefully packed by me.
Works are shipped framed and ready to hang.
