This is the last painting I made for the series. And perhaps for that reason, it’s also the most direct.
I wanted to return to the full nude body. Return to the floor. Return to the play between warm and cool light that has always been at the core of my work.
Here, the figure doesn’t fold or hide — it stretches. The striped pattern doesn’t pass through her, it grows from her. Everything organizes itself around her presence.
Painting this was a return. To color, to structure, to that tension between intimacy and exposure that runs through the entire series.
Core of the pattern isn’t a conclusion. It’s a root.
This piece will be sent directly from my studio, carefully packed by me.
Large formats (100 x 100 cm) are rolled and sent in a tube, with stretcher bars included.
Shipping is included — as a gesture of gratitude.
The artwork is signed and comes with its certificate of authenticity.
