The Sleepers – fragments in suspension
Showing the single result
This series begins on a bed, but it’s not about rest.
The figure bends, hides, reappears — always framed by striped fields that are more than fabric: they’re compositional tools. Red and blue lines cut across the space, not to describe it, but to structure it.
Working with stripes is an excuse — and a challenge. A way to disrupt the plane, to fragment the body, to let color and vibration dictate new balances.
The body isn’t central, yet it’s always present.
What remains unseen still holds tension.
The Sleepers is a suspended moment.
A place where everything looks calm, but nothing rests.
