Sleeping Toward the Light. Oil on canvas. 14 × 18 cm. 2025
What first caught me was the tilted face, the neck twisted into the pillow, that soft tension you can sense in the cheekbones, in the shadow beneath the jaw.
A posture neither posed nor comfortable.
I painted it searching for light.
The skin lit up with pinks that almost touch neon, muted greens in the background, and violet reflections where I didn’t expect them.
There were no corrections. I just let the image take shape.
This piece will be sent directly from my studio, carefully packed by me.
Works are shipped framed and ready to hang.
The artwork is signed and comes with its certificate of authenticity.
